About ADMS
We build connected software around the way businesses actually work.
Allied Data Management Solutions is a software company building a growing portfolio of products designed to connect work, people, information, and decisions. We focus on reducing fragmentation, making complex operations easier to understand, and creating technology that helps businesses operate better and grow stronger.
Our mission
Create more value than we take.
ADMS builds connected software that helps businesses and the hardworking people behind them operate with greater clarity, make better decisions, and shape day-to-day operations around the customers they serve. We know how much time, effort, and pride go into building and maintaining a business, from taking care of existing customers to earning the trust of new ones. Our job is to make that work easier and provide tools people can rely on day after day. We want to be a company people trust. That means listening, treating people the right way, keeping our commitments, and continuously looking for ways to give more value than we take.
Our vision
Build a company that grows by helping others grow.
We want ADMS to become a trusted technology company whose products help businesses become stronger, create opportunities for people, and make complex work easier to understand and manage. We believe ADMS can grow as large as opportunity allows, but not by sacrificing our customers, employees, reputation, values, or purpose.
Why ADMS exists
Clarity gets harder when work and information are fragmented.
Businesses become harder to run when work, information, and decisions are split across disconnected systems, spreadsheets, inboxes, messages, and individual memory.
ADMS exists to reduce that fragmentation. We build products that help people see the right context, act with greater clarity, and make better decisions without adding unnecessary complexity.
Our portfolio
One company. A growing portfolio of focused products.
ADMS develops products with distinct purposes, customers, and capabilities, while holding each of them to the same standards for usefulness, reliability, connected information, security, and customer value.
ClearView is a major product family within ADMS. Other products and shared technologies address different operating needs, giving ADMS room to grow without forcing every idea into a single product or market.
What guides us
The standards we want our decisions to reflect.
Integrity Before Opportunity
We choose the right course even when the easier or more profitable option would be to look away.
Respect People as People
Roles and titles change responsibility, not human worth. We treat customers, employees, partners, and one another with dignity and fairness.
Customers Are Partners
Customer success matters to ADMS. We listen, communicate, follow through, and work to create outcomes that strengthen the businesses that trust us.
Create More Value Than We Take
We believe healthy profit should be the result of creating genuine value, not extracting the maximum possible from the people around us.
Grow People, Not Just the Company
A stronger ADMS should create stronger careers, leaders, businesses, families, and opportunities around it.
Reputation Before Reckless Scale
We want ADMS to grow, but never faster than our people, products, support, finances, culture, and commitments can responsibly carry.
Simple, Useful, Connected
We build technology to make businesses easier to understand and operate. Capabilities should solve real problems, not exist merely to increase feature count.
Innovate With Purpose. Keep Our Commitments.
We listen, research, anticipate what comes next, and pursue new ideas without neglecting the customers, products, and responsibilities we already have.
How we build
Practical decisions, clear ownership, useful context.
Design around the workflow
Start with the work people need to complete, then decide what the software should capture, show, automate, or hand off.
Keep context connected
Reduce avoidable re-entry and preserve the history needed by office, field, management, and customer-facing teams.
Make control visible
Access, public visibility, exports, approvals, and operational responsibilities should be understandable to the people who manage them.
Integrate with purpose
A connection is useful when it improves a defined workflow and has clear ownership for the data moving between systems.
Support adoption
Implementation should define the first workflow, users, data, roles, and success criteria instead of treating go-live as a login event.
Earn trust with specifics
Security, data, and product commitments should be clear enough for customers to understand what they can expect and where responsibilities sit.
Leadership
Four founders, distinct responsibilities.
Leadership spans business strategy, technology, operations, and product, with each lane grounded in firsthand operating experience.
Mike C.
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mike leads ADMS's strategic direction and business execution. His career moved from culinary operations into telecommunications in 2009, where he advanced from troubleshooting field work into market leadership managing complex capital programs and significant project portfolios.
That combination of field and corporate management experience gave him a direct view of the friction created by disconnected systems. At ADMS, he works across the founding team to turn that experience into practical software and disciplined business execution.

David K.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
David leads technical direction across ADMS, including product architecture, product construction, release quality, customer readiness, documentation, and engineering execution.
His focus is turning operational problems into systems that are understandable, supportable, and able to grow without losing clarity, while keeping technology decisions aligned with real business workflows.

Bryon B.
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Bryon leads operational strategy and helps shape product development around real service delivery. His career began in the trades before he moved into telecommunications in 2012, building extensive field experience and later leading teams and operational processes in management roles.
That background gives him firsthand understanding of the daily challenges faced by technicians, supervisors, and business owners. At ADMS, he keeps product decisions anchored in practical workflows, operational efficiency, and customer success.

Mark S.
Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer
Mark leads product vision with more than 13 years of hands-on experience across the automotive and HVAC industries. Five years in automotive built his technical foundation, followed by eight years working directly in HVAC field operations.
His product approach starts with the people doing the work. He focuses on simplifying workflows, improving communication and inventory visibility, and making sure product decisions reflect how contractors and service teams actually operate.
Team Members
Engineering leadership beyond the founding team.
ADMS is building a team around the products, technical standards, and delivery responsibilities required to support the company as it grows.
Brandon B.
Director of Engineering
Brandon leads software engineering execution across ADMS products, working closely with the CTO to coordinate development, review implementation, maintain engineering standards, and keep delivery aligned with product and business priorities.
His role includes guiding day-to-day development work, supporting technical problem-solving, improving systems, and helping ADMS build a strong engineering foundation as the product portfolio grows.
Long term
We are building ADMS for the long term.
We want our products, relationships, and company to become stronger together. That means growing with discipline, keeping our commitments, listening to the people who use what we build, and staying focused on creating real value.
