• Inspect before disassembly and capture the original condition with identification and context.
• Follow a test sequence that moves from broad system conditions to the specific verified cause.
• Explain findings, options, price, timing, exclusions, and authorization before changing scope.
• Complete the approved work, perform a controlled final test, and review the result with the customer.

Office handoff

• Record the verified condition and cause—not only the part used.
• Attach required photos, readings, material use, signatures, payment status, and follow-up needs.
• Make the next owner, due date, customer promise, and unresolved risk easy to see.

Quality checkpoint
