This Privacy Policy explains how Allied Data Management Solutions (“ADMS”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ClearView platform and our website (the “Service”).
01Information We Collect
- Account information — name, business name, email, role, billing contact.
- Customer Data — jobs, schedules, customers, estimates, photos, and documents you submit.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and feature usage.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Text messaging consent records — phone number, consent status, form source, timestamp, IP address, consent language version, and opt-out/help activity when you choose to receive service-related text messages.

02How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service.
- To process subscriptions, billing, and renewals.
- To communicate about your account, updates, and support.
- To send service-related text messages only when consent has been recorded or another lawful service communication basis applies.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To improve features and understand usage in aggregate.
03How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share only with: service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; authorities when required by law; and a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
04SMS/Text Messaging
If you choose to receive service-related text messages, we use your phone number and consent record to send appointment updates, technician status updates, estimate notices, invoice notices, payment reminders, service follow-ups, and replies related to active service or account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. We do not sell SMS consent records or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
05Data Retention
We retain Customer Data for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period afterward to allow export, after which it may be deleted. Account and billing records are retained as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
06Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
07Your Rights & Choices
- Access, correct, or update account information in the Service.
- Export your Customer Data during an active subscription.
- Request deletion of your account and data, subject to legal retention.
- Manage cookies and preferences per our Cookie Policy.

08Children
The Service is intended for business use by individuals 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
09International Transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ.
10Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means and the “Last updated” date revised.
